Anne Doyle is an executive with more than thirty years of business and leadership experience running complex organizations in health care, senior care, education, age tech, and consulting. Anne brings a proven track record combining housing, health care, and higher education to rethink learning across the lifespan. Anne is known for out-of-the-box thinking and driving results in environments where students of all ages thrive. Anne shapes organizational cultures that prioritize personal and professional growth of employees and promote diversity and inclusion.

Transformational Leader

As CEO of Spark Living and Learning, Anne works with leaders of colleges, universities, senior living, health care, real estate development, associations, and foundations as well as public officials from around the world to develop new models of intergenerational living and learning.

For nearly eight years, Anne served as President of Lasell Village, an award-winning senior living community on the campus of Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts. Under her leadership, Lasell Village achieved its strongest financial results in its 22-year history, quadrupled the wait list of prospective residents, completed a comprehensive renovation of 16 campus buildings, developed global educational partnerships, and launched expansion plans. These results earned her recognition as a Top 100 Women-Led Business in Massachusetts.

Career Highlights

Adept at balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, Anne’s career includes senior positions in compliance and risk management at two large health insurers. As chief operating officer at a women’s health care provider, Anne led a turnaround resulting in a 35% increase in service volume. She was responsible for the first statewide replication of the interdisciplinary Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), developing six sites in Massachusetts.

Board Appointments

Anne’s current and recent board service includes the Newton-Wellesley Hospital and 55 Redefine Boards of Advisors, The Legacy Project, Massachusetts LeadingAge, and The Women’s Edge. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for The Village Bank.

Education

Anne holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, summa cum laude, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Sweden studying innovative housing and health care options for older adults.
